Calacatta Viola Wall-Mount Sink
Calacatta Viola is one of the few marbles you can identify from across a room. Its white ground is cut through with veins running from deep burgundy to violet and soft grey, and because those veins were laid down by geology rather than printed on a surface, the pattern on your basin will not repeat on anyone else's. Each sink is carved from a single block. There is no seam, no composite core and no coating.
This is the wall-mounted version of the design. The basin carries its own weight on concealed brackets, the trap runs below or behind it, and the floor underneath stays clear. In a powder room or a narrow bathroom that is often the difference between a vanity that fits and one that does not.

How it is made
Every piece starts at the quarry, where our own team selects the block instead of ordering from a supplier catalogue. Rough cutting happens in our workshop in Denizli, Turkey, on diamond wire and waterjet equipment; everything after that is finished by hand, with polishing done in stages that get progressively finer. We have worked this way for more than fifteen years and we do not subcontract any stage of it.
Before you order
Solid marble is heavy. Confirm the wall behind the sink can take a mounted load and plan for timber blocking between the studs. Wall mounting brackets are sold separately, and we recommend a plumber or stone installer who has handled solid stone before. If you need a width that is not listed, or a specific backsplash height, email us before ordering and we will quote it.
Living with it
Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner. Avoid vinegar, bleach, citrus-based products and abrasive pads; all of them etch polished marble. Reseal once a year. Differences in tone, veining density and surface character between the photographs and the piece you receive are inherent to natural stone and are not a fault.
Ordering and delivery
Shipping within the United States is free, and transit takes 3 to 4 business days once the piece leaves our warehouse. Total time to your door is the production time above plus transit. Full coverage marble and freight insurance can be added at checkout. Returns are accepted within 30 days under our refund policy: return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 25% restocking fee applies. Any transit damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
The stone. Color runs to white, beige and purple. We select blocks at the quarry face to keep pieces inside a usable range, but variation between basins is expected and is not a defect. Carved from a single block of Calacatta Viola marble in our Denizli workshop — no casting, no veneer, no resin filler.
Sizes. 30 sizes are made to order, from 16" to 40" wide, in 14" and 16" depths and 6" and 8" heights. Pick the width against your vanity, not against the room — a basin that overhangs its counter looks wrong from every angle.
Fitting it. Mounted off the wall, this basin leaves the floor clear and makes a narrow room feel wider. Plan the plumbing before the wall is closed up, and fix into solid framing.
What the photographs show. The frames here are interior shots. They tell you how the basin proportions against a vanity, a faucet and a mirror, which a plain-background photograph cannot.
Looking after it. Blot spills rather than leaving them, use a stone-safe cleaner, and reseal periodically. Treated this way the basin outlasts the bathroom around it.
Ordering. Priced $900 to $3,450 depending on size. Production time is 1–4 weeks. Shipping weight is roughly 110 lb, so it travels freight rather than parcel. Shipping is free within the United States from our Connecticut warehouse. Returns are accepted within 30 days under our Refund Policy.
